The idea for Gourmet Burger Kitchen originated in New Zealand. Where once the traditional burger was seen purely as a fast food option, gourmet burgers have knocked tradition on the head. Gourmet Burger Kitchen has created a nutritious sophisticated product using the best and freshest ingredients available. The Gourmet Burger Kitchen menu has been consulted on by leading New Zealand and London based chef Peter Gordon. His involvement has been key in creating the menu. The menu offers classic flavour combinations such as Chicken, Camembert and Cranberry, and Beef, Avocado and Bacon. It then goes one step further with exciting new burger combinations such as Chorizo and Sweet Potato, Lamb and Minted Relish, or the vegetarian Portabella Mushroom burger.
