While working in the centre of Brighton with all its hundreds of cafes, takeaways and restaurants, was it so hard to find a place to get a quick filling healthy meal? I wanted some real food that was good for me, was great value and didn’t eat away all my lunch hour getting it. Well if you want a job done properly, you have to do it yourself! So I came up with my own Iydea for a tasty spot of lunch. The cafeteria style servery means all the great food is on display so you can see what we offer. The choice is yours, you can choose any one of the days main dishes and then fill your plate with as much freshly prepared salad and veg as you want! Real food fast, that is my Iydea.
