Since Riddle & Finns opened the doors of its debut branch in the heart of Brighton’s historic Laines area in Spring 06, it has become a firm local favourite.
Regulars rave about its incredibly fresh seafood, much of which is plucked from the local coastline, and the extensive list of champagnes, cocktails and wines. There is a fresh fish counter offering a traditional fish monger service to passersby, with lots of advice to hand on storage, preparation and cooking. There is also a special take home service, where all the components of a meal are cooked fresh and packaged in eco friendly boxes, with easy to follow instructions ready for those who want to cook dishes from the restaurant menu at home with a minimum of fuss.
